Is FitSnapshot available on iPhone?
Not yet. FitSnapshot is launching on Android first. iOS is being considered for later.
Where are my photos stored?
On your device, and nowhere else. We never upload them, and we can't see them.
What happens when I make a GIF?
The two photos you pick are sent to our server just long enough to build the GIF, then they're gone. You get one GIF a week.
Can I cancel the annual plan?
Yes, any time, directly in Google Play. You'll keep access until the current period ends.
What is the difference between Annual and Lifetime?
Annual is €4.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. Lifetime is €9.99 once, with no renewal.
How do I delete my account?
Email fitsnapshot.help@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We confirm within 30 days. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
